Strolling through the cobblestone streets, you can savor a gelato or a delicious macaron from a local patisserie.

Charming cafes adorn nearly every corner, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the picturesque views of the Seine River. In addition to these delights, the neighborhood is home to iconic landmarks such as the Luxembourg Gardens, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk among beautifully manicured lawns and flowerbeds. As you climb the outside steps, you will see gates with hundreds or thousands of love locks. Don’t have your own? Don’t worry; there are many people on the streets selling locks! Once inside the church, you will be amazed at its size and beauty. Be sure to stay quiet and respectful, as it is a place of worship. For a spectacular view of Paris, climb the 300 steps to the Dome (there is no lift).

When you’re done visiting the church, be sure to roam the streets of the Montmartre neighborhood! It gets lively in the evenings, and there are many cafes to stop by and grab a bite or have a glass of wine. Explore the vibrant Place du Tertre, a square filled with artists showcasing their work. You can even have your portrait drawn by a local artist. Visit the Espace Dalí, a museum dedicated to the surrealist artist Salvador Dalí, to immerse yourself in his fantastical world.
